the shooter claimed his life was threatened, that he had to stand his ground.

remember, the only reason Dunn was found guilty is because he fired more shoots at the car with the three other teens in it.
the jury hung on the count 1, they weren't sure if Dunn's life was threatened, they hung on that count.

if the other teens weren't in the car Dunn, would have claimed Jordon threatened him (he claimed that anyway).

he considers himself the victim...
