The next 'stand your ground' trial is the retired detective who felt his life was in danger at the movies.

The man was texting to check on his child, which outraged the retired dick.
After some words the man tossed popcorn at him. and bam! the nut job killed him, saying he felt his life was threatened!

These are both White men. Lets see what happens...

you miss the point.
Dunn believed it was HIS right to USE stand your ground. and his attorney claimed the same in closing.

....and since the Zimmerman trial many others in Florida think this scenario would make it legal for them to do likewise.
