The commission is finally smelling the rat. They are asking for evidence of a patent-hold up or reverse-hold up which will be used in establishing a ban in order to satisfy the executive review. It appears to me that they are anticipating infringement and a ban. I have posting for years that Nokia is the poster company for companies that deserve the issuance of a ban. The squeeze is on and if the 151 patent is received well by the ITC, the whole town is under water for the other parties to the 868. This is the first time that real pressure is rising in favor of a settlement with the big boys. These patent claims are a cut above in the importance chain of wireless communication.

i think it's clear they waited this long to "remand" the damn thing to impact 868.

sounds like Huawei all the writing on the wall and did the smart thing.

I'm surprised Samsung didn't do same yet. As WM said, each step in a court decision essentially proves the patent "up"

each rung going to cost you extra

arrogant Mofo's better hurry up and dial up WM before you fall off the top of the ladder.
