You can't blow somebodies head off with a spoon.

...ya can't get fat with a gun. What's your point???

Besides, granting a citizen the right to carry a weapon does not deny governments obligation to maintain public safety.

...an armed citizen is safer than one sitting in the dark holding a cellphone while listening to the list of choices from an automated 911 operator.

Guns historically have been the weapon of choice for the oppressor, not the oppressed.

...an unarmed citizenry has been the historical weapon of choice for oppressive governments.

Talking about spoons, if the government can limit the size of the knife I carry surely it should be able to limit the size of my gun.

...I would agree with ya there except that once that liberal camel gets it's nose in the tent, there's no stopping it.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

Irrelevant analogy.

You can't blow somebodies head off with a spoon.

Besides, granting a citizen the right to carry a weapon does not deny governments obligation to maintain public safety.

Guns historically have been the weapon of choice for the oppressor, not the oppressed.

Michael Moore is nothing to me. He is a loud mouthed, irreverant shmuck who obviously likes the sound of his own voice as much as the salad bar at Wendy's.

Talking about spoons, if the government can limit the size of the knife I carry surely it should be able to limit the size of my gun.

This is my pistol and this is my gun, this is for shooting and this is for fun.

Must be true. The Army taught me.
