I'm really sorry for you but your statements are a pile of misrepresentative horseshit!
Governments spend the amount of money that they spend and when some asshole like Ronald Reagan comes along and cuts the revenue, the spending still goes on as it did before. The only option is to cut spending to match the cuts in revenue which the same people who voted for the tax cuts did not have the stomach to do because of the great harm it would do to the nation.
And it has been proven time and time again that tax cuts do not stimulate the economy for very long and that they end up in the hands of the wealthy who squirrel them away in some off shore account that does the nation no good at all. Money is spent by people who need to spend it in order to thrive and survive, not by wealthy people who do very little spending at all in comparison to the amount of income that they have.
The whole neoconservative idea was to cut the taxes, run up the debt and force the end to government as we know it by doing so over an extended period of time. And they should all be brought up for treason and executed for it!
