IDCC was (and still is) a Director Level Member with the TD-SCDMA Forum - maybe they are making nice for the Huawei arbitration????? Afterall - we are monopoly right? Oh yea - one court win and that cheap ass 2.5B net of cash is 6B+/- ~ imhFo.

"The InterDigital executive indicated to NDRC apologies that the Company had misunderstood Chinese law and NDRC's rules and procedures in that regard.", rather than

"The InterDigital executive indicated to NDRC that it was unfortunate that the Company had misunderstood Chinese law and NDRC's rules and procedures in that regard."
