Since you brought up the term "otherwise unemployable" that must mean that you believe such people exist. If that be the case, why are you trying to take the safety net away from them that includes, among other things, the simple benefit of food stamps? Or is it, as some of us have suspected, that if they cannot work you simply want them to go away and die and starvation is one way to accomplish that!

...the right wing agenda is to not have more govt employees than you need to do the job. The folks who are working at profit making organizations have to generate the revenue to pay these folks. The government does not make a profit on anything it does. Nor is it intended to. Government is not supposed to be a jobs program for the otherwise unemployable.
