More Right-wing talking points, eh? The original 'free phone' program was approved by Ronald Reagan and it was George W. Bush that signed the law expanding it to include 'cell phones'. Obama had nothing to do with it. Besides, as the Cheney/Bush-recession caused more people to fall below the poverty line, the 'free phone' program was automatically expanded to include these people. This was a feature built into the original law the St. Ronald agreed to some 30 years ago.

...obonzo had the money in his checkbook already. He didn't need the approval of republicans or anybody else on how to spend it. He pissed it up on free cell phones and green technology companies that went bankrupt. If ya gave him another umpteen bazillion bucks he would piss that away too.
