IMO - based upon the evidence - she is not guilty. The guilty party has already confessed, coped a plea, and is doing his sentence. His plea deal required that he implicate Amanda and her boyfriend.

At her first trial, she was found guilty and was sentenced and sent to prison. Upon appeal - her conviction was overturned and she was released She came home to the USA. The prosecution pushed for, and got another trial; she declined to return to Italy for it. This one has concluded and she was again found guilty. She will now appeal. From the USA.

It appears to be a case of prosecutorial misconduct - IMO.

Why? Is she guilty, innocent, or was the prosecution invalid?
