wonder if they further increased their stake today immediately after filing [before info becomes "public knowledge"]....on the other hand...if someone at the largest money manager in the world decides he likes IDCC...can he really avoid buying more than 5% of the outstanding shares when there are only 40myn of them....i guess they could always "telephone" the shorts and ask them to create some more PHANTOM shares!!!!
