We'd take the rain ,too, Joe, if it were optional.. Reservoirs are way low 18-30% capacity, no snow pack in the Sierras, drought declared already, fires in January... Not good.. Locally they're asking for a 20% cut in water usage, however, many of us already have cut way back, landscaped to minimize water use, not a lot more to cut out... Yard is on a drip system, total time, 10 minutes a day, any less and stuff starts dying, more than has already... Then again, no A/C, minimal heat required... No snow/ice to deal with... Spent a winter in Chicago years ago, out off Belmont, buses slipping and sliding, then that gray snow in the mornings, icicles on the bridges on the lakefront... Pass, I'll deal with the drought... weco
