14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

It's the supreme law of the land.


The politics of the judge is irrelevant.
His oath is to the Constitution.

There is an appeal process.

Our rights are guaranteed by the Constitition.
Not the Legislature of Oklahoma.
