The voters of Little Rock didn't integrate Central High School. Dwight Eisenhower did it with the 101st Airborne Division.

Yes, and I wonder what percentage of ELIGIBLE voters in states like Mississippi and Alabama would have voted to NOT repeal the 'Jim Crow' laws back in the early 60's?
