Yes, and I wonder what percentage of ELIGIBLE voters in states like Mississippi and Alabama would have voted to NOT repeal the 'Jim Crow' laws back in the early 60's?

Oklahoma judge: Gay marriage law unconstitutional

Clo,
Oklahoma voted by a 76% majority to ban gay marriages.
Is it really right for some half witted activist
judge to declare what a major majority voted was
Constitutional un-constitutional?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._state_constitutional_amendments_banning_same-sex_unions_by_type

Oklahoma 2004 76%[17]

A. Marriage in this state shall consist only of the union of one man and one woman. Neither this Constitution nor any other provision of law shall be construed to require that marital status or the legal incidents thereof be conferred upon unmarried couples or groups. C. Any person knowingly issuing a marriage license in violation of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.[66]

Again. Society needs children to perpetuate itself.
Man + Woman are the preliminary ingredients to make a
child. Marital rights and tax breaks are inducements.

So, why should society grant a tax break to 'couples'
who can not produce children?

Zim.
