...in my experience, a person who is an ass when they are drinking are asses all the time, they just don't cover it up as well when they are drinking. If ya carry a gun while you are drinking or go to places where booze is served while you are drinking there is a better chance that you will use poor judgement or have an accident that when you are not. Also, if you are in an establishment where alcohol is served, it is more likely that someone who has reached the "bulletproof" stage of intoxication will try to take it away from you to prove how tough they are.
