More (better) female participation is needed in our country. Unfortunately, economic realities and feminism have had a debilitating impact on our strong, supportive male bread winners. It may be a tragedy if emasculated men back off from bearing responsibility, as I've recently seen in so many instances. I fear we are evolving into a crap society, lacking standards and respect for tradition.
