Sun, you got these after around 7 pm Eastern last evening? If so, then yes, get the beta flag back on, yes, that was one of my 'tricks', darnitall, otherwise leave it off. You're different than everybody else I've read reports from at the other place, as well as own experience, anything after 7 last night on a qualified machine was an 8900. I *did* have a single exception on the second unit a 465 tried and I handled it with Trick 2 as per below.

If you DO get another 8018, there have been reports of patterns needing to be broken, i.e. once you get into a groove with a certain server, it tends to keep you there. The administration at the other place roundly denies it, but I've seen it myself. The way to break the established pattern, or at least try, is to set the Finish flag (right click on the slot) for the 8018 so that it stops after finishing and sending the current 8018, then pause your other slot (so you don't lose it where it is) and exit and quit F@H. Re-start it and past history has shown me that the pattern is broken.

Good Luck. And if you get another one, I'll show you something I try to avoid at all costs because it's bad for the project, but I've had the reason to use once before, how to dump an existing WU in a way that you don't get it right back again. If you repeat this, I'll of course be forced to kill all of us immediately. Naughty

ArVee - right now I have at least 3 machines working on the 8018s - we'll see what they draw when these are finished.

Wondering if I need to put that -beta flag back in - I'd been running with that and even with that flag, at least one pulled an 8018 - that was before I saw your post. I wondered if they were doing some experimenting with them, so I pulled that flag.

Sun :-)
