I don't care which fruit loops first proposed it . . .
It ain't right for the federal government to be
mandating folks buy 'something'.

As for the supreme court declaring it Constitutional,
Well, as I recall, a while back 'they' was saying
that if it was a tax it was illegal . . . Then the
supreme court declares that it was a tax and so it
was Constitutional.

The whole thing reeks of theft and hypocrisy.

You are aware aren't you that the 'individual mandate' was first proposed by the Right-wing Heritage Foundation:

As for your claim that the 'individual mandate' is unconstitutional, well the Supreme Court has already ruled on that very point:
