I'm still not understanding. If the code is open and if an outside party reviewed it, could they not see that there are back doors and disclose that?

Where does the hiding take place? Is it open or not?

ross anderson switched sides long ago.

what makes you think bruce schneier believes tcg is a solution to user privacy issues?

in general, schneier's thinking about nsa and user privacy in much the way i do. tcg doesn't even merit conversation.

sprague was pleading to the federal government to let enterprises into the mobile market, which carriers and vendors control. none of them are thinking about creating a trust matrix that empowers end users.

by the way, when the german professor, rudiger weiss, blew the whistle about ms and the nsa inside tcg, calling tpm a surveillance chip, no one cared.
