I agree with you and posted same during the panic on IHUB. We are stuck in a political cess pool, but all it will take is one finding of validity and infringement. I do not care if they decide not to issue a ban. We just need our IP portfolio validated and it is a whole new game.

I wish all a merry Xmas and hope for 2014 top finally be our year. Remember folks, trolls are not hired to develop technology for the biggest manufacturers and chipmakers. Trolls are not hired to assist in the creation of the wireless networks for the US military.
Right place, right time, I have been standing here for 27 years. Sooner or later it will hit me. The empirical odds certainly lean to sooner.
