Since all of the VA hospitals are OWNED by the Federal government and ALL of the people who work there are government employees, how does this NOT qualify the VA's medical delivery system as being socialistic in nature? Particularly when you consider that all of the rest of the medical delivery system in America, including that portion paid for by medicare and medicaid as well as that portion that will be delivered as a result of people purchasing insurance under the Affordable Care Act, are all owned and operated by public and private corporations, as well as independent 'businessmen' (i.e. doctors).
