Good Evening Mr. Ribit!

I cannot believe that that is the silliest thing you have ever heard.
I have heard things much sillier.

Besides, wouldn't you assume that Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness would infer a society where we help each other and guard each other's children?

What else would be the implicit function of government if not to help those needing help?

I don't need government to license my firearm, or fire rockets into the sky. I need government to tend to the needy. Help the widow. Help the orphan.

I don't want to see people picking through dumpsters to eat on Long Island.

I am no dyed in the wool Right Wing Conservative, but I like government even less than you do.

But, governments are instituted among men to govern.

America is about utopian ideas being taken to Washington, codified into law, incorporated into the US Code and redefining humanity.

I have not a scintilla of doubt that the people of the United States are going to have universal health care coverage as a right under law.
You probably realize it's coming also.

Inevitable as fuzz on a babies peach.

This Union of us is predicated on helping each other and helping take care of each other's children.

...that's the silliest thing I have ever heard.
