...the 'rating' of the unemployment rate depends on who is in office. When Bill Clinton had 5.7% it was 'full employment. When GW had the same, it was an economic disaster of biblical proportions. With Obonzo, it could go into the high thirties and no one would notice because they gots free cellphones and obonzocare.
