Would you regard it as unusual for police to investigate a car parked in a gas station at 3:00AM? What would you do if you found a pretty blond out-of-state 13-year-old in that car with two adult men would didn't appear to be relatives?

BTW, my granddaughter is a 13-year-old dancer, student and teacher. I can't conceive of sending her to Houston with two adult non-relatives unsupervised. The mother must be a red state moron.
