Makes you wonder though what the number of 'white' students would have had to have been congregating before the police felt the need to step in and break it up? Apparently it's something less than four if you're 'black'. And then there must be guidelines for Asian and Hispanic students as well. Those cops are going to need some sort of 'app' for their iPhones so that they can determine immediately when these limits have been exceeded. After all, you don't want them getting it wrong.
That being said, I wonder how they apply these rules when the congregating youths are a mix of various shades of 'white', 'black', 'yellow' and 'brown'? Gee, a cops job is a lot tougher than I thought it would be, I mean, who knew back in high school that even cops were going to need to know algebra...
