Same here. Parents and grandparents aren't supposed to evacuate the area. Four years ago, we rented a mansion on the Maine coast for the Thanksgiving weekend. The family hated it. Thanksgiving is something you do at Grammy's house - And don't change any recipes.
OCU - It's verboten for us to leave the area on major holidays. We went to Puerto Vallarta a while back over Thanksgiving, threw the whole gang here into a panic, nobody else apparently can do the Dinner right! We've a new GE Profile Range this year, so a little concern on the details.. But it will happen.. All the amateur shoppers were out this week, screwing up all the traffic..
