Yale University is on lockdown after confirmed sightings of a gunman on campus. Police said no shots have been fired, but they are searching the campus for the gunman. According to an alert sent to local police, an emergency call came in from an anonymous man who said his roommate said he was on his way to Yale with the intention of shooting. The sighting was confirmed on the 300 block of Columbus Avenue, according to the alert sent to students. Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
