…my question to you...how many units of foxconn production in the last two years have been cdma/qcom handsets??

round numbers for just iPhone (not including cellular iPads) production in 2012 and 2013 is ~270M units (source link below)

http://www.statista.com/statistics/263401/global-apple-iphone-sales-since-3rd-quarter-2007/

I would estimate 90% of that number would be Qualcomm basebands taking 100% the slots in 4S and newer models - but still a small number of iPhone 4 with Intel for the low end offering in that time frame….call it ~240M total for Qualcomm

Not sure of the % of those that Foxcon captured…but certainly the majority. As example at 75%…. that would be ~180M

hope you and yours are well….miss that smiling face from the NJ 47!

Something that popped in my head...the other day you mentioned that qcom has been able to shield apple from patent lawsuits/royalties by virtue of their position...interesting that interdigital has been able to flank that position w/ a particularly well written section of their ugly 2007 apple contract...my question to you...how many units of foxconn production in the last two years have been cdma/qcom handsets??
