The Senate ruling ended the filibuster on executive and judicial appointments (not the USSC). Obama can now flood the executive and courts with Obamaphiles. I suppose the rule can be expanded to include all Senate actions. There goes one more defense against majority abuses. Now if he can only get citizenship for 10-20 million illegal immigrants.
