Yeh, it can get dicey especially if you have bad cops. Most stop and frisks are of minorities in high crime areas because they commit much of the street crime, gang banging, and drug distribution and use. These entire neighborhoods are in trouble and become less than useless if law enforcement is weak. Maybe they should stop Norwegians to balance things out.
