Exactly where in the Affordable Care Act does it say that the government is going to DELIVER healthcare?

...they ain't gonna deliver it. They gonna make it impossible or at least improbable for anybody to deliver it. This is a clusterfuzzle of biblical proportions. Democrat defeats at the polls next year will go down in history right beside moses drowning the Egyptian army when he parted the seas.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

Exactly where in the Affordable Care Act does it say that the government is going to DELIVER healthcare? P.S. I'm still on the road (currently sitting in the food court at O'Hare airport in Chicago waiting for my flight home to SoCal) and am having to type this in on my iPhone ;-)
