We learned all about oils several years ago, trans-fats are bad, very bad, to be avoided.. The process uses nickel, a carcinogen, poison, a simple nickel if swallowed will kill you. Yet manufacturers refuse to state the amounts of nickel left in their end products... bad news all around...
I'm sure that we will soon learn from the Right-wing media that this is nothing more than the latest example of how Michele Obama is trying to destroy another American culinary tradition as part of her campaign to deprive our children of enjoying the food stuff that we all grew-up on.
