So Judge Luckern in August 2009 ruled non-infringement and the Commission upheld that ruling in October 2009 but Luckern stated that in the in the event that a violation were to be found the ALJ recommended the issuance of a limited exclusion order barring entry.

Then in August 2012, the Federal Circuit issued its decision in the appeal, holding that the above Commission had erred in interpreting the claim terms at issue and reversing it's finding of non-infringement.

And in October 2013 the Supreme Court denied Nokia’s petition for a writ of certiorari.

Which brings us back to doe ... a deer ... I mean it brings us back to Judge Luckern's finding that a limited exclusion order barring entry is now warranted.

Bill has said they have written to the Commission asking that they promptly pick up the matter and once and for all issue an exclusion order against Nokia’s 3G handsets.

Can't wait for this to be over.
