"Obama's idea of 'job creation' was to shovel billions of dollars into companies like Solyndra…"

You're still unwilling to accept the fact that the federal energy loan to Solyndra was the brainchild of the Bush administration, just that the money didn't actually get to them until after Obama was elected. He hardly had anything to do with it as the money was already allocated and in the pipeline, just not yet officially transferred to the company when Obama took office.

OCU,
Have you forgotten Obama's 'shovel ready' infrastructure
jobs . . . that were not shovel ready?

Obama's idea of 'job creation' was to shovel billions
of dollars into companies like Solyndra . . . which
took the money and went bankrupt.

Or Obama's 'Institutes of manufacturing' . . .
WE KNOW how to make stuff. We just need a
regulatory environment where we are encouraged to
do so with some assurance that new federal mandates
(like obamacare) won't strip U.S. of our profits.

Government is the worst possible place to be trying
to create jobs.

Except, perhaps, by buying stuff.

WWII needs called for the purchase of megatons of
war materials - and the Capitalists delivered and,
in the process, hauled the U.S. out of the Great
Depression.

Reagan bought a lot of 'war toys' . . . creating
jobs and pulling U.S. out of the Carter Stagflation.

What Obama should have done, was to purchase thousands
of solar power systems from American companies which
could have and would have delivered working systems.
That would have put American workers to work, produced
the promised green energy, and stimulated the economy.
Instead the turd shoveled tens of billions of dollars
into the pockets of his campaign contributors and
where are the green jobs he promised?

And you voted for the stupidity.

Zim.
