So you're attempting to rewrite history by asking a question in such a way that the answer that you were looking for was incorrect. The President who authorized the first US troops to enter Vietnam was Dwight D. Eisenhower. All your crap attempts to change that fact will have no effect. THAT IS THE TRUTH. Granted, and I've already asknowledged this, Johnson is responsible for escilating the war to the level that it eventually reached, but he DID NOT SEND THE FIRST TROOPS INTO VIETNAM!!!!!! Nor did the first Americans die in combat while he was president. THOSE ARE THE FACTS, pure and simple.
As for your contention that 'St. Ronald' was our greatest president, I'm sorry, but that won't fly either. Trust me, 25 years from now (it takes about 50 years to get to where events and personalities can be properly reviewed in a historical context) the view of the Reagan era will not even come close to what think that it will. Neither of use will be around to compare notes so will just have to leave this to the next generation of citizens to read about.
