...not true at all sportfan. If it was about delivering healthcare, there would be provisions for more doctors and more medical facilities to treat people. None of that in this law anywhere. It's all about "redistribution" of one sort of another. That's the only trick Obama knows.

Since it's ultimately about delivering healthcare, not healthcare insurance, we won't know for a while. Cost of the program, public and private, will be a major consideration. These initial computer problems should a diminishing concern.
