When I first came to CA, at age 18 - and ate my first taco - I fell in love! There were no Mexican restaurants at all Back East where I grew up. Several years later, on a Back East visit, my brother took me to a new phenomena - a Mexican restaurant. The first one in Md. Everyone was raving about it.
Mexican food continues as the fastest growing ethnic food world wide.
That works for me.
