Are you on your state run site or the federal site?

I expected many new system computer gliches. That's understandable and normal. That's why they allowed several months to get enrolled. It is not a horserace.

I understand Obamacare's problems are more structural than new system gliches - Bad and uncompehensive design, changing requirements, bad management and controls, disjointed implemtation with a hodgepodge of contractors and software products, no beta testing; all hallmarks of a misbeotten system. That concerns me because serious problems exist beyond initial enrollment.
