Expanded Medicaid offers no such plans. Expanded Medicaid is the free stuff.

Oregon enrolled 56,000 people. All of them got in for free. Zero people enrolled using those insurance plans.

Because the Obamacare website and enrollment procedures are so screwed up, relatively few paying customers have enrolled. We'll find out what working folks think about Obamacare once they can get in at a decent pace.
