Obamacare is the law of the land, passed by Democrats without a single Republican vote. This is called "Majority rule - Screw the minority". Many of those Democrats got voted out in the next election.
Obamacare is perfect as is. Only Obama has the right to amend it, mandate delays, or dole out exemptions to his supporters. Because half the country opposes it and others aare confused, it should be put into full force immediately. Obama has hired tens of thousands of IRS agents and Navigators to tend to all the medical needs of the millions of newly insured. Doctors, nurses, medical technicians, hospitals and clinics will not be needed. It's magic!
