I learned this morning that once a person spends $6,000+ out of pocket, they are covered for the rest.

...do you believe that the folks who could not afford healthcare previously are going to have the $6,000 or the premiums? Not a chance. They will continue to fall back on the emergency room just like they always have.

Hi KTC:

This is especially important & cost effective for those with preexisting conditions.

FYI, I had no problem getting on the site yesterday morning, but that was at 5:30 am.
