...if the republicans would fund obamacare and put in a proviso that there could be no delays, exemptions or exceptions the fricken thing would collapse under it's own weight.

The Senate voted 100-0 to advance a House-passed spending bill that defunds Obamacare, setting up a series of votes that ultimately will send the spending bill back to the House without the health care provision after Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) strips it out.
