Why the "market" doesn't care of the Apple news.

The upper Bollinger Band is $38.28ish. Today when the stock reached that point we saw volume increase greatly. At 12:56 5 thousand shares, the next minute nearly 7 thousand shares and two minutes later nearly another 4 thousand shares taking nearly 30 cents off the share price. This stock has recently gone an entire hour without volume like this.

Volume picked up, not because of actual tangible news, like Pegatron money or Arbitration settlements or Higher earnings guidance or winning an appeal ... none of these recent scenario caused a sustained breach of the upper band but volume picks up because of some squiggly line being touched and a quick price retreat like an electric fence was touched. As if we're talking about physics and the laws of gravity.

Can't wait until we are celebrating on news that makes the TA shit all moot.
