I thought it was interesting that he claimed that the rebels used the gas on their own people when the evidence is pretty clear that Assad used it. He also claimed that the rebels were getting ready to gas Israel. I suppose it is a step too far to expect an old cold warrior to accept gays as having equal rights although we know that Russia has a gay and lesbian population just like the rest of the world. We doubt that he's very much on womans rights either except when it comes to their right to offer him pleasure when he takes his shirt off.

To say that "God exists" is the greatest understatement ever made across space and time.
I thought he did well for who he is.
And now the onis is on him to make sure Assad hands over the WMD's. Putin doesn't want some of these rebles getting their hands on this stuff.
That said, I found it ironic that he said we are made equal by God, yet denies Gays the same rights as the rest. ;))
