Let's listen to this article with care.

1. The US admin allows the possibility that the chemical weapons use was not done by the Syrian regime.

2. It thinks it is highly probable that it was done by the Syrian regime.

3. It is permissible to disagree without calling the US admin liars.

3. It's great to have differing views in newspapers.

He's saying that Obama & his administration/intelligence
are either Liars or completely incompetent & he
gets this published in the NYT........Smile
