Putin's comments are interesting, especially since they were published on September eleventh. We don't need a lecture from a man who uses the United Nations as a way to hobble the world from taking action against dictators that he and Russia support. Putin supported action in Libya and then decided that he did not want to do that again in Syria so that his brutal puppet--Assad--could stay in power. If the U.N. had taken action at the start in Syria, things might be different today. But Putin blocked that. And his argument about Libya seems to be that leaving Gaddaffi in power was preferable to what is going on there now.

A plea by a dictator for the furtherance of all other dictators! What a deal!!!!!

Joe
