"experts" are already declaring the process will
take a few years to complete....

Not sure the Russian navy wants 1000 tons of sarin
on board....

Let's see how it plays out. The Russian navy is parked along the Syrian littoral in government held territory.

Should be fairly straightforward to remove the chemicals to the Russian domain and park them there.
