Last part first, Sun, waiting for Idle is a msg normally affiliated with the control bar at the top set to something other than Full, so give that a double check.
I've just started seeing those PID msgs as well. Is the WU progressing at all? Have you right-clicked it and then clicked Run? If so and it's not running, try stopping F@H and re-starting. Failing that I would guess at resorting to a reboot.
