my post I did lay out several possibilities;
That the new legal team might be hired to deal with,, including!!
"...Or maybe they are digging in and preparing for a knock down,
and drag out tussle"...
Or to go over the entire case to determine whether they have enough chance to win at trial 'or', would they be better off to settle NOW,, Rather than go to trial, where we would most likely
opt for a JURY TRIAL which could go against them, and cost them more money than to pay up and be done with it. A second opinion As it were..
Just trying to leave all possibilities open,, rather than to
surmise from the scant clues that are extant ..to date..
