The same people whining about Obama's very careful, very calculated approach to Syria are the same ones who cheerleaded Bush stumbling, bull-in-china-shop-like, into Iraq and who have been calling for a full scale invasion of Iran. The fact that Obama isn't falling for the same trap as his predecessor is driving them absolutely crazy.

The House of Commons has rejected a motion from Prime Minister David Cameron to endorse British participation in military action in Syria, potentially costing the United States a key ally in the effort to punish the Bashar al-Assad regime's reported use of chemical weapons.

"It's clear to me that the British parliament and the British people do not wish to see military action," Cameron said after the vote. "I get that, and I will act accordingly."
